• Workflow: bottle/jar feeding – label dispensing – label application – pressing – inspection – discharge
• Feeding Station: bottles, jars, or pouches are automatically aligned and conveyed to the labeling area via feeding conveyor or turntable.
• Label Dispensing Station: equipped with a servo-driven labeling head for high-speed and accurate label dispensing; compatible with self-adhesive paper, film, or transparent labels.
• Label Application: ensures tight and wrinkle-free application on flat, round, or irregular surfaces; optional dual-label system for front and back labeling.
• Pressing & Inspection: rollers or brushes smooth out applied labels; built-in sensors or vision systems verify label position, barcode, and quality.
• Discharge: finished products are conveyed out automatically, ready for packing or further processing.
